• Promoting the inclusion of language-minority students in assessment systems which, to the extent practicable, assess students in a language and form most likely to yield accurate and reliable information;
• Serving as an advocate for language-minority children and families; and

The Corporation will improve the lives of its constituents by addressing and overcoming critical needs in an effort to improve and empower the lives of the communities we serve. By providing language translation, interpretation, education and market targeting services, we will assist the community in establishing successful communications within the Latin and American mainstream markets in a culturally aware and sensitive manner.
